Ingredients

  • 1 Wasa Sourdough crispbread (or Wasa Gluten Free crispbread)
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper hummus
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

Spread hummus on crispbread, then top with cucumber slices, parsley and cumin.
