Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Florida Orange Juice
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh grated orange zest
- 1/4 cup unroasted unsalted cashews
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 medium fully-ripened bananas
- Pinch of fine sea salt (optional)
Optional toppings:
- Fresh berries of choice
- Segmented orange slices and a drizzle of honey
- Seeds or chopped nuts of choice

In advance: Add the Florida Orange Juice, zest, cashews, and vanilla to a jar, seal, and refrigerate at least 8 hours (or overnight). Peel, slice, and freeze bananas at least 8 hours (or overnight).
Add all the cashew-orange mixture from the jar along with the frozen banana slices and, if using, pinch of salt to a food processor. Cover and blend until velvety smooth, thick, and creamy.
Scoop the nice cream into dessert dishes or small bowls, add a topping if desired, and serve immediately.
