Mango Kiwi Kefir Lime Smoothie

This kefir smoothie is packed with natural probiotics and offers a refreshing, tropical taste from the mango, kiwi, and lime.

Servings: 2 Print


  • 1 cup plain lowfat kefir
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh ripe mango, chopped (from about 2 small mangos)
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 lime)
  • 1/2 cup ice (add more ice as needed to reach desired consistency)
  • 2 kiwis, peeled


  1. Add all ingredients except the kiwi in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add the kiwi and blend on low until smooth to keep the seeds intact. Pour smoothie into two glasses. Garnish with a few kiwi slices or topping of your choice. Enjoy immediately!
