- 1 cup Green Valley Creamery Lactose Free Plain Lowfat Kefir
- 1 1/2 cups fresh ripe mango, chopped (from about 2 small mangos)
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (from 1 lime)
- 1/2 cup ice (add more ice as needed to reach desired consistency)
- 2 kiwis, peeled
Add all ingredients except the kiwi in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add the kiwi and blend on low until smooth to keep the seeds intact. Pour smoothie into two glasses. Garnish with a few kiwi slices or topping of your choice. Enjoy immediately!
