30 Healthy Father’s Day Recipes

With summer in full swing, it’s time to kick off the warmer weather by honoring some of the most important men in our lives. While you don’t need a specific day to celebrate fathers, it’s the perfect time to dish out some extra hugs (and yumminess!) to thank him for all he does.

Father’s Day is a great time to throw a BBQ, pack a picnic, or eat outdoors on the patio, so why not dish out an extra dose of love with some healthy (yet manly) recipes? To spark inspiration for the holiday, I asked my dietitian colleagues to provide some of their favorite recipes to spoil their fathers, and they didn’t disappoint.
